MW Plumbing, Heating, and Air has performed work in my ceiling and royally messed up. Their technicians unplugged the condensate pump for my HVAC unit whilst performing work, and never plugged it back in! This has led to water leaking into the ceiling, ruining the insulation, and now there are water stains and possible mold. They are refusing to address the issue, and this is for one of their 'members' to their silly subscription plan. I have had issues with these guys for over a year, if not two, and have given them chance after chance. They don't even bring the proper size air filters out to their 'members' house. The technicians and "comfort advisors" they dispatch are more salesmen than anything else. They leap at the chance to recommend work costing over $10k, but can't stand by the work they've previously done. I would recommend avoiding this business at all costs, they are simply not trustworthy.Review from Lynne K

Ive had Mitch Wright doing all my plumbing and HVAC work since I moved here in 2018. They replaced all my aging plumbing with flex pipe, both toilets (which are now high efficiency low water volume use), the water heater, and the furnace in my home (built in ****). I had them clean my ducts and add extra insulation to the attic when the furnace was replaced. I have had no worries whenever the weather turns coldthere have been no ice dams when we have bad snow/ice storms, and my cooling costs have been reasonable in the sweltering heat. I never have to worry about forgetting regular maintenance since they call me for routine work as part of my membership in their service club. They also installed sturdy grab bars in both of my bathtubs and new shower heads. The office personnel have always been personable and considerate whenever we talk on the phone.Review from Suzy M

We had Mitch Wright come out to look at our AC. We were told that we needed to replace the entire unit. A second guy was sent out and estimated the cost to be just over $10,000.00. We decided to get a second opinion. They discovered that we needed to replace the capacitor, which cost just under $200.00. I feel like Mitch Wright was in grave error and almost cost us unnecessary financial burden. The "technician" didn't bring any tools, he basically just peeked at the unit and said he could tell by the sound that our entire AC system needed to be replaced. It truly felt like a sham. I requested a refund for the trip charge and received no response.Review from Alan S

I was initially happy with the installation of my HVAC system. After about a year and a half, the unit stopped working. I contacted Mitch Wright and he came out the same day (which I was surprised with them coming out so quickly). After the technician came out was asking what the problem was (popping the *** and he went to his vehicle to get some test equipment. He went to the outside (heat pump) to check some things out. When he finished, he told me that the compressor was bad, and it would only cost me about $6000.00 to get it replaced!!! Because he said that it was not cleaned (they Mitch Wright) never offered to come and service the unit. I looked through the fins from the inside out and I could see my grass through all four sides of the outside unit.I would not recommend to anyone!Review from Dina C

We had paid over $13,000 ++ for two new heating and ac systems, we have had problems from day one. Lots of promises but they never deliver. They were great when it came to a quote but down hill after that. We have had heating issues in the peak of winter where the heat would not work and ac issues in the peak of summer. They have come out over 9 times in the last 7 months. ***** the office manager is very rude and could care less about people. He talks down to you and does not try to accommodate any one. He told us we can live with the ac not working and 79 degrees is not bad in the peak of summer. This man should not have contact with customers. They also Installed things wrong multiple times including not having a place for us to replace the ac filter there is no filter housing available and again we were told this would be fixed and has not been. go with any other company !Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

We definitely do not like to hear you are having issues or have had issues for that we do apologize. We have looked over your file and have found that we have had a couple of issues with wiring and an external part from install that we promptly repaired. We are installing manufactured equipment with that said unfortunately sometimes things have issues. We have be there every time and have you scheduled to come next week and would have come sooner but since you are not in town we worked around your schedule. I was conned into signing up for their "club membership" 9 months ago for faster and discounted service. Service was to include them contacting me twice yearly for HVAC and plumbing maintenance. Hadn't heard a word from them so I called this morning to schedule HVAC maintenance. After 9 months of paying them monthly they told me they couldn't get to me until late July. ************** was in your home 10/21/21 on three of your systems we have all signed documentation. Our office contacted you roughly 6 months after your winter visit to schedule your summer visit that's when tried to schedule you for mid july. We are limiting cleaning during extreme periods of heat so we can take care of customers with no air for safety reasons.Review from Patti S

Single woman - overcharged for HVAC unit and even had to call them back due to cover all bent up - holding water and leaves Also asked them to look at plumbing. I have looked your review and the work that was performed by our company. First of all your estimate for a new HVAC system was not based on you being single. We provide each customer with more than one option and you selected the option that fit your needs. With your upfront approval we proceeded with the installation of your new system. On November 30th you called and let us know that the new rain shield we installed was holding water. Our company resolved this on 12/1/21.
Now about your concerns on the drain problems. We could not clear your drain line on the septic tank .Our Plumbing tech Dalton said you were going to have your septic tank pumped out. A second plumbing tech responded to your request to come out and check the drains again. We sent Chase and he came to the same conclusion. ! recommend again that you have your septic tank pumped out and then if there are further problems we will be glad to address them at that time. Just a reminder, we did not charge you for either of our plumbing techs for the work performed.

I have seen your review and have done much research on your account. First our company doesn't provide different estimates for different customers. We provide options for you to make the correct decision for you. You chose the option that fit your needs. After your approval we performed the work you approved. On 11/30/21 you called our company and were concerned about water and leaves collecting on your rain shield. On 12/1/21 we corrected the problem. Now to your plumbing concern. We had one of our plumbing tech's Dalton to look at your drain problem. He tried to clear clear the line to your septic tank, but this didn't correct the problem. He suggested you have your septic tank pumped out. You were having that work done.
At a later date you asked us to look at the problem again.We sent another plumbing tech to look at the drain problem. he suggested that you have your septic tank pumped out also. I think this is the next step in fixing the drain issue. There was no charge for any plumbing work we performed at your home. If you would like to discuss this issue further feel free to give me a call at your earliest convenience.

I have been a customer of this company since 2013 when they installed my tankless water heater. Since then, i enrolled in their inspection service for my heating and air check ups. They installed a new air unit at my home as well. for the past two years, they have always called me for my check ups at the end of the seasons; i.e. spring inspections in late summer and fall inspection after the first of the year. This year, in 2021, My fall inspection was not done until February 2021 and they called me in September for my Spring inspection. Whey I asked the caller why they are not making my inspections in a timely manner, she snapped back and said that my contract says "every six months". She then abruptly ended the call after she said that. I called back and advised the lady who answered to not send anyone because of the way the first lady talked to me. This lady who answered the phone didn't know which person at the company called me, but there can't be that many employees working in their front office.
