************************* never come as he promised for two days and called his boss ****. **** hang up on me and being so rude WHY? We are being discriminated because we are Deaf. Dont use their business!!!!

Maam you called on a Sunday night to discuss this while I was at dinner with my 4 year old son who had just had an accident and was screaming and crying. I couldnt understand you that well and asked if you could call back during business hours. Instead you said never mind and bleep me. You never gave us the chance to see what you were calling about. Instead the next day you leave bad reviews everywhere. Im sorry I couldnt help you in the 2 minutes we were on the phone and I had no idea you were hearing Impaired. We appreciate all our customers unfortunately in todays world its impossible to please everyone like yourself. Hopefully youre more respectful to the next business and theyll help you better. I simply could not be more pleased with the roofing and interior work that Custom Remodeling did for my home in Bartlett TN. They have my very highest recommendation! Their roofing crew did excellent work in a timely manner, protected the landscaping and cleaned up so well that you would never know they had been there. The interior crew also did an outstanding job and went out of their way to protect the furnishings and left the rooms cleaner than when they started.Review from Duraikkannan M

Very recently I have complete roof replacement with Custom Remodelling. The whole experience starting from roof inspection, filing claims, follow-through, timely replacement appointments and related repair works. Very good professionals and wonderful service. Its trustable team and company if you have a similar need. Good to work! *****
