              I took a Ameritron AL-82 amateur radio amplifier to the Ameritron manufacturing facility in Starkville Ms on about March 31,2023 for repair. I have made numerous phone calls to the technician (I believe his name is ****, but not sure) since then to inquire if the amplifier has been repaired. But Alas! As of this afternoon, August 22,2023 it still is not repaired. I talked to the technician on 8-15-23 and he promised me he would look at it on 8-12-23. But still he has not apparently even touched it. The technician gives me the same story and excuses over and over and over every time I call him.I’m starting to get frustrated. Can you please help me?

              MFJ 464 sent in for repair back in November, 2021. Instructions included describing the problem. Not a word from them and when they did respond no mention of correcting the problem, which was still under warranty. It's clear from other reviews and that you are not BBB Accredited, your intentions are to do nothing. Pathetic, considering the products you make/sell world wide.
