      I got a car from Drm in March of 2021 from the day I drove it home I began to have problems with it . I asked if I could just get a refund or change vehicles but he refused to do so saying he will fix it well here I am and he is still working on this car. I want a dependable ride he even accused me of tearing the car up in which it was some things that his Machenic tore up. I called today bc it shut completely down and I almost had a accident from the way it shut down in the middle of the road. I called taking politely as even he basically told me he will fix it which is what he has been doing the whole time and I’m still having problems out of all this time I have never drove the truck from over two weeks out of every month . He cursed me out and hung up . I want my vehicle fixed and correct or I want all my money bk bc he sold Me a lemon from the start

      Said customer is correct about having some issues with her vehicle. Although, DRM has fixed EVERYHING that she brought to our attention. Unfortunately, things happen that are out of our control as far as a vehicle having something mechanically go wrong, but DRM tries hard to satisfy our customers. DRM gives a 30 day warranty to almost all of our vehicles, including this particular vehicle. Although said customers warranty has been out of date, DRM was willing to pay half of the mechanical bill. We have not only fixed every mechanical issue said customer reported having, but we have worked with said customer with her monthly payments. Her payments are due on the 11th of each month, but our customer stated that she only gets paid once a month, therefore, she needs her payments at the end of the month, so we changed the payment due date to accommodate said customer. Also, said customer owes for July & August payments, but since the vehicle has been at our shop we put July payment on the end of her balance. As far as DRM's mechanic breaking anything on said vehicle, our mechanic stated that the customers glove box was broken when she brought it in for ac work.
