As I was selling my car, ***** changed my reserve from $13,000-$5500. They charge me at $350 cancellation fee because of his deceitful, manipulative way of doing business.

They auction off your vehicle. They give you an estimate and it is up to you to select reserve price. All in all, I got a lot more than I would have by selling to one of the instant offer websites. The people are Carmigo were very friendly and professional, payment took three days (weekend). It was a far better experience than selling to an individual or trading it in.

I started my estimate for my car last weekend, and things were going great. I was excited for fast service and get a good deal on my car. However, after submitting the pictures of my car, I received zero communication from the company or concierge. I’ve tried multiple times to contact the company via email, text, and on-site services and received nothing. I just tried doing an estimate on the car again and can’t even receive the text to take the pictures again. Why is this happening?? Why the zero communication?? This service seemed just what I needed but they immediately and for seemingly no reason have dropped the ball.

I will say the people were friendly and professional. However, they yell you upfront you'll get way more than what you end up getting bids for. So disappointing and a waste of time. Didn't even get close to what I was asking, which was within ghe value of the vehicle. My advice, don't waste your time.

Selling to a dealer is usually not at all a pleasant experience. You always feel you're being severely taken advantage of, and you're often treated like an idiot and like your car isn't worth anything. Selling to private party obviously nets a good deal more, but then you have to do all the marketing, sales, and take on some risk, and that's more complicated with more expensive autos that have liens on them. Enter Carmigo. It provides a nice middle ground in terms of price--getting you thousands more than the average dealer offer, including all of the "instant cash offer" things online. Not only that, the folks at Carmigo are top notch. You are treated like they actually want your business. They are friendly. They are responsive--even and especially online and via text (while most dealers act like you're pulling teeth if you don't call or show up in person). It turns a generally very unpleasant experience into an actually pleasant one. My vehicle did not meet reserve (I knew it was high for dealers), and even the subsequent negotiations with the dealer, mediated through Carmigo, were easy and painless. AND, on top of all that, once your vehicle sells, they quickly arrange to come to your driveway and pick it up. What can beat that? More dollars, nice people who act like they want your business, and all from the comfort of your home. P.S. In my case, the fella who agreed to pick it up disappeared, but ******* was quick to respond and found another person who could come get it the next day. Even the pick up guy (******) was friendly, too. Almost can't say enough good about this overall experience. This is the way selling a car should be!

I just finished a sale with this company and I cannot say enough nice things! They were so fast and we got a much better price than with other well known car buying companies. I will definitely use then again!

Best car selling experience ever! The company came to us at 9:30am to take photos and test drive our car. The auction was live by 2pm the same day. The auction ended at 2pm the next day and we received what we had hoped for, which was $4K above what our local dealer had offered! They picked up our car the next morning and immediately initiated the transfer of funds into our bank account, which was completed this morning! We didn’t have to do anything! I HIGHLY recommend Carmigo!
