I booked a 2 night stay here at Super 7 Inn. 9/8/23 to check out on 9/10/23 Total $144.00 for both nights.The hotel was supposed to provide peaceful night rest. It was far from it. We found first off tv not working, roaches in the frig, roaches crawling on the floor, roaches crawling on the bed. Also a saw roaches crawling on the head board on the bed and the roaches were just looking at me. The window of the room was broken looked like gun shot went through. My son 10 year old son was scared to stay there. Also, I believe it also has bed bugs. The customer service was awful since we brought things their attention. I told them and they told me to talk to the manager in the morning. No manager was there? I was only able to stay one night. I told the front desk I couldn't stay another night. They told me to I had to talk to the manager to get anything. The front desk person told me I couldn't get a refund. I can't never get anyone on the phone. I booked this hotel on hotels.com. The room and the hotel don't look nothing like it does in the pictures online on the web. Maybe the hotel did updates 10 years ago and they are using the same pictures since then. The reviews on ****** I see now are awful. But when I looked at the reviews at hotels.com the reviews weren't that bad. I wasn't expecting 5 star hotel or anything but I wasn't expecting a ***** hotel either! Please help me get my refund. I have had no luck since I couldn't stay for the second day at that hotel.
