            Your employees are very unprofessional and need more training! One of your male employees that works in the office at Avalon at Horn Lake is extremely rude! I have proof of his behavior, VIDEO AND EMAIL. He vaguely threatened me at one point in the video! This is completely unacceptable. My rent was raised without the proper notice by $311! I got a notice to my phone on September 4, 2021 that a balance was added to my account and had no idea what it was! I went to the office, called, no one was there and no one answered EVEN THOUGH it was during business hours! I had to leave a voicemail. I tried going to the office again but this time to put in my 30 day notice and they were CLOSED! Again during business hours, this was on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Come to find out from other residents that they regularly close during business hours! I was finally able to put my notice in on September 9, 2021, not only was it a hassle but the way I was treated was terrible. I am happy to be moving! Never had issues like this from the previous 2 management companies!
