I purchased this 2010 Mazda 6 in April of this year. My first payment was to be due on May 15, 2023. Within two weeks of having the car I began to have issues with the car so I called the dealership to let them know about the cars issues and it needed to be repaired because I have several doctors appointments that I have coming up. The Manager stated that if I brought the car in they would fix it. Those were the same exact words he stated on the day that I purchased the car. I told him well I have two appointments coming up and I would not have a way to my appointments and as soon as I get a week that I don't have any that I would bring it. He said Ms. ***** that will be fine. He said just write down all that needs to be done. 1. the bumper continues to come apart (apparently the car was wrecked). 2. There is something underneath the car that is making a flapping noise from apparently it being wrecked. 3. The gear won't go into park sometimes and you have to slam it in gear in order for the car to start. 4. The air goes to heat when the car is running and/or its running and sitting still. 5. Yesterday the car ran hot and he advised me not to drive it any longer and would be here on May 31. 2023 to pick the car up to fix the car. Today is May 31, 2023 and I hadn't heard from them nor had they came to pick it up by noon so I called and the secretary says that he was out to lunch and would call me back. He called back after about 1 hour and thirty minutes and said, 'Oh I tried calling you around 9 am but i didn't get an answer', I said, no Sir i've been up since 6am and I have not missed a call. He said well just leave the keys in the car. I said well I have a few appointments coming up and will need to know about how long it will take because that's my only transportation. He said, Well Ma'am we will work this my way or Not at all. I said, well I need to know and he said Well Ma'am get the car fixed yourself. I paid $1500 down on a car that wont even work a month after purchasing with a total price of $13,592.98 for a 2010 Mazda 6 that has been wrecked.
