I purchased a 2021 ****** Camry August 29,2023 from the Perry Brothers lot in ****** Miss, I was originally told by *********** that my license plate will take up to 30 days to come in and that I would be notified by the main office which were in *********, Miss. After 30 days passed I contacted them and spoke with a lady that directly deals with tags by the name of *****.. she informed me that the tag was not in but she was expecting some in the following Wednesday and that was stated to me by her in the early part of October 2023 I have since called them weekly and have been told many things such as the title was lost during auction process and weeks later they have located it and were just waiting on Louisiana DMV to process it while four months later I still have no tag and have gotten stop by police to question why I dont have a license plate Im also unable to meet ********* car registration requirements as to have an inspection sticker in my windshield but I cant because I dont have a registration and they wont give me one without a plate Im tried of contacting them every week sometimes twice a week to only be lied too, and many times they know its me and pick up the phone and say ********************** I will have ***** call you back which she never does. Im seeking some assistance to resolve this issue because I have been very patient with this company. And I will never buy anything else from them or recommend anyone else to do so!Initial Complaint

I purchased a car from Perry Brothers on 9/19/22, upon purchasing the vehicle deemed to be in good condition. However a week after the vehicle broke down it was returned to them to be fixed. Once I received the vehicle back, I drove it approximately 2 weeks before it again broke down, all while still under warranty. In November the vehicle broke down again. I called and informed them it had broken down and needed to be towed back to them(which was in my contract). They told me I would be responsible for doing so which I did not agree to per my contract. However, I called weekly checking on the progress of the car and was given the run around numerous times! Here we are in March and the agreement was I did not want the vehicle anymore and I was told it could not be fixed and they would put me in a new car , which never happened. Up until now I am still without a vehicle. So I asked for my down payment back for the car. I was first told ok and they would get back with me. This was in January. I called every week about the return of my money still no help. I was then told I would be charged for the miles that I drove the car (which was hardly nothing) being that it stayed out of use. I told them ok fine just give me the remainder of my down payment. The manager I spoke with numerous times was NOT helpful. I have had to purchase a rental car for 2 months now because I still have no vehicle. I called on yesterday about the return of my funds and was told there was no proof of any down payment. Of course I was livid. So gladly I keep every receipt and contract, I politely sent over the information. I was then asked if I had the last miles before it broke down (anything to not return my money). So after doing this I was called by a person I never spoke with and who still hasn’t returned my call. So this business is unprofessional, rude and unsupportive. I am a hardworking person but this unfair treatment for this long and the amount of money I have been out of is enough.
