This place is a NO for me !!!! My coworkers and I were on our lunch break eating and the food was not IT!! Not only did they ignore our complaints about our food, they were extremely disrespectful. The manager was very RUDE!! Instead of asking what the issue was he goes into a spill of telling us how he hadn’t had a complaint all day and he is the owner of 17 years. As if that is relevant! I will NEVER eat here again! He told us he didn’t care that our food was not up to par and we would still pay for his service. He basically ignored anything we were saying . He even tried to tell us we couldn’t take the meals off our tickets due to the fact we didn’t finish them!! And to top that off, the lady at the register, she upheld his foolishness and yelled at my co worker as she was trying to explain what the issue was. AND SHE ToSSED THE PEN AT MY CO-WORKER as she paid for what we had and said SIGN IT!!! My co worker almost lost it then. I have NEVER seen this type of behavior from owners. THEN THEY BEGAN recording us as if we wronged them. Yes I will be contacting the BBB because it was definitely unnecessary how they treated us about their nasty food!!!! We were extremely patient with them and was hoping to rectify the issue. But they were not receptive to that.
