      My hatchback stuck on a car I had recently purchased. I called, set up an appointment. I was told it would be fixed THE *** I TOOK IT IN. She also told me that they don't charge a diognosis fee to look at it. I took it in 4 days later. They didn't call me so I called them. I was told the hatchback wouldn't open because of a prior incident with a window being broke and glass being in the latch. I have only had the car 2 months so I one is was nothing I had done. Was told it would take a couple hours and they would call when it was done. She said it could be the next day. I was fine with that as I was of the next 2 days and didn't need the car. I called the next morning and was told that they now "don't have time now because we are backed up. Leave it with us and maybe we can get to of Thrusday. I said that wouldn't work as I needed it for work on Wednesday. We agreed to schedule it for the next week even though I had been promised it that day. I go to pick it up and was told that it was $47.50. I told them what I was told on the phone about no charge and it would be fixed and it's NOT so what is the charge as you did NOTHING to the car. **** the owner came out and had a bad attitude about it and said oh well. We charge. I paid and stormed out as I was mad about the entire thing. I get to my car, start it and the brakes light parking brake is on and now grinding. I go BACK in without even driving 15 feet. **** the owner refused to look at it or fix it. IT WAS NOT DOING THAT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. He told me to get the f*** of his property even though I wasn't sure it was safe to drive. He was rude, condesending and a total douche. to me. Now, I have to take it and pay for something that happened WHILE IN THEIR CARE. He is a *****, liar and theif. He should be responsible for fixing what they broke or paying for someone else to fix it. He's a business owner and should act accordingly!

      ***************** brought her car into West Hill Auto to have the latch on her hatch back car fixed.  I spent over a half hour finding the correct parts for the car.  I then called ****** who stated she didn't want to put that much money into it.  I told her one of the technicians would be able to take and vacuum and clean out some of the glass to make the latch work temporarily.  ****** gave the okay to do so.  Unfortunately, we were unable to fit the car in that day.  She agreed to bring the car back the following Monday.  When she came in to pick up the car that day there was a diagnostic fee of $47.50.  ****** started yelling obscenities at me over the $47.50 that was due.  After she paid the bill she walked out the door and swung the door open so hard it caught on the sidewalk.  Upon leaving the building she was yelling in the parking lot and again using obscene language.

      I missed the 7 day window for this claim.  It was NOT resolved,  he did not address the fact that the brakes worked fine when I dropped it off and when I picked it up,   they did NOT.  I didnt even drive 5 feet before I went right back in to tell him about the issue.  Now,  because of what ever that shop did to the car and brakes during the 2 days they had my car,  it will cost me at least $1200.00 to fix.  Who should pay that?? It broke while in West Hill Autos care.  He refused to look at it or fix it.  Yes,  I was upset when I left because they tried to scam me to do a much more expensive repair than what I actually needed.  Was that because I was a woman? Did he try to scam me more that $500? One quote was $210 and one was $650.  His shop quoted me 2 different prices and I chose what I wanted. He tried to keep my car ANOTHER 2 days after the promise it would be fixed THAT DAY.  The owner,  *******************,  was terrible to me. Treated me like I was nothing to him, after he broke my car more. I feel he needs to either pay the entire bill,  at a different shop,  to fix what he broke,  or turn it in to HIS insurance for me to have fixed.  Its a hybrid and needs a special mechanic to work on it.  This "business owner" can not do the work nor would I even let him at this point as I do not trust him,  his shop or his ethics to do the job properly.   They are not qualified enough to work on it.

      1)  We did not touch the brakes on this car!

      2)  We did not even charge her the full amount to look at her car do to trying to be nice.

      3)  I will not pay for something we did not due.

      4)  If I get one more letter I have to put time in I will be sending a bill.

      5)  It is not my falt her car is junk!!!
