Purchased a 2012 ************* end of May 2023. Jeeps steering was really bad and unsafe at higher speeds. They told me it was due to bigger tires and that was normal. It is actually something wrong under the vehicle that hasnt been identified yet. Before we bought the Jeep they installed a new transmission, another mechanic says it wasnt installed properly and ruined something between transmission and engine. First rainfall vehicle leaked all over inside, within the first month I had to replace the pcm. Its one issue after another. I called for a solution and was told theyd look into it the next morning and actually went out of town and didnt check into anything. I paid $22,000 for a vehicle that my wife cant even leave town in due to it being unsafe to drive.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 12/30/22 at ************************************************************* -- $15,995.00 for 2013 ***** Avalanche Stock #******-- $6500 trade in, $9,795 check from bank. --The truck wasn't ready until almost closing and as soon as I drove off the lot there was a light that said "Service suspension system". I texted ***** next morning and he said he thought they had replaced the rear air shock and forgot to reset the light and would double-check. On Jan 2nd I drove about 2 hours and the check engine light came on. On Jan 3rd I left voice mail with ***** to let him know and he did not respond. I have since sent emails, left voice mails and texts -- no response (I asked that the owner call me; I noticed on BBB website owner had said he wasn't informed of problem on previous complaint filed). I had a dealer in my area check the suspension and check engine lights; it will cost $2500 to replace shocks and compressor and also additional $900 if I want the heating system in the seats to be replaced. I sent a copy of the quote in the emails. I would expect to receive a vehicle sold on Good Faith with minimal repairs, not $3400 worth, especially since it was sold based on ****** Blue Book price. I also would expect to receive a call back out of common courtesy. I would be willing to split the difference of cost.Customer response

Please be advised that I have been in touch with the owner of Corr Concepts and we have resolved the issue.
The manager who sold me the car has since been let go and the owner was not aware of my complaint. Please do not add this case to their BBB record.

I traded in a 2016 ****** WRX and purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado **** truck. The trade in amount given for the ****** was enough to pay off the amount owed on the ******. It has been a month and no payment has been issued on the ******. I have texted and called to find out why no payment has been issued with no results. The only response I get is "I'll look into it" and then I hear nothing more. I was told by *****, an employee at the business that the ****** has already been sold. I have had to make payments on a vehicle that I no longer own because it has not been paid off as agreed.
