            My husband and I rented a car from Budget at the ******* airport in *******. RA number ********* under ***********************.. I left my I Pad Pro in the car on July 1, 2022 and I can locate it and it shows it is still there. I have tried to call the Budget in ******* and there phones go to a call center which is not located there at all. I have tried to put in three lost item reports but the ******* Budget doesnt participate in the lost and found program.I have spoken to two specialist at Budget and all they can say is to call them. Which I do but it rolls over to the call center and not the one at ******* . I have tried for a week trying to get this resolved without an resolution. I will pay to have it shipped back to me. It seems like someone would have a direct line to the Budget In ******* . I would just like to get my I Pad back.

            Budget does not maintain their cars. The car that I rented had no oil in it whatsoever, and their staff told me that "the 2019/2020 cars can be driven without oil." When I asked them to add oil to the engine, they lied and said they did, when they did not. When I asked them to check the tire pressure, just reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) but then never checked to see if there was something causing the slow leak. Once the tire completely flattened and I had to have a tow truck put the donut on the car, Budget sent me a **** $220 for the tire change. It is apparent that Budget does not take the safety of its patrons seriously. This is absolute negligence on their part.
