I purchased a 2012 Forest River ** from the unprofessional children at Yellowstone Auto ** in ********, ** a few weeks ago. They delivered it and then told me the keys were on the way. They did not send the keys. They have not confirmed they even have the keys. In fact, the last thing they said to me is that they will continue looking for the keys. I now have to pay $500 to have all the locks replaced. This business is run by two guys who do not care about customer service. They left me stranded with an ** I could not lock amid being stored in a public storage lot. This puts the ** in jeopardy of being vandalized. They ignored me for 3 full days and refused to answer my calls and texts. Then they became evasive telling me that I'm crazy for being upset. These are not honest people and they do not understand the horrors they put their customers through. They are not running an honest business. When a customer is stranded without the promised keys, a business should not disappear. The owners and salespeople at Yellowstone Auto ** simply do not care about their customers hard-earned money - or about doing the right thing. They couldn't even muster the maturity to apologize. These are just not good people.
