Date of Transactions--06.27.22 and 12.28.22 Amount Paid Rajeunir Black Caviar--$2,600.00 and $1,800.00 respectively Rajeunir committed to provide--life time warranty, free refills, 8 VIP facials, 4 body LED treatments, VIP facials for 2 friends, $1,000.00 store credit, $500.00 birthday credit and $250.00 anniversary credit Rajeunir has moved from its location at ************ in ********, has been in limited communication, and has not responded to requests for refills of skin care.Platinum Membership Certificate and both credit card receipts are attached.Business response

Unfortunately,we are only the product manufacturer and are not connected to the independently owned and operated retailers that carry our brand. Therefore, we have no control over their policies.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the information from Rajeunir Black Caviar "Corporate". I understand from them that they have no control over the company where I purchased its product. A company which goes by the "exact" same name. My complaint is with Rajeunir Black Caviar in ********, *******. Its contact information is *****************************************************************************; **********. Telephone number ************. I thought I had indicated the company in ********, ******* in my initial complaint, but maybe not.

I am rejecting this response because:The Rajeunir Black Caviar my membership is with is located in the ************ in ********, *******. ************************************************************************************; 59102-5650. Although Rajeunir moved out of ************ in late February, I was told by *******'s management office (*****************************) that Rajeunir recently moved back into ************. At the above address.
Since Rajeunir is back in ************, I would be completely satisfied with Rajeunir honoring my membership.
