    I have been paying $119 per month for this credit monitoring service for nearly two years (21 months). Upon logging into my account, there has been no activity on my account since, November of 2022. At first, everything went smoothly. I was able to get a response from my account manager, generally in a timely manner. After a few months, my account was transferred to a new account manager. She has been horrible. I can not get a reply via email, text or phone call. I have asked for them to cancel my account for a couple of months. Yet here I am being charged again this month. All of their business phone numbers seem to be disconnected. After filing a dispute with my bank today, my account is suddenly closed, and I no longer have access to the records.

    Do not EVER trust a company that asks for your credentials to log into your account as the only way to use their service. ESPECIALLY if the company refuses to tell you how they securely transfer and store your credentials. This company asks for your credit monitoring credentials which can give them not only access to your private data, but depending on the service access to make changes to your credit profile. (IE experian credit lock, auto dispute, etc...) There is no reason a professional organization should be using anything but internal tools to get credit information with your authorization.
