      I have been paying $119 per month for this credit monitoring service for nearly two years (21 months). Upon logging into my account, there has been no activity on my account since, November of 2022. At first, everything went smoothly. I was able to get a response from my account manager, generally in a timely manner. After a few months, my account was transferred to a new account manager. She has been horrible. I can not get a reply via email, text or phone call. I have asked for them to cancel my account for a couple of months. Yet here I am being charged again this month. All of their business phone numbers seem to be disconnected. After filing a dispute with my bank today, my account is suddenly closed, and I no longer have access to the records.

      I started my contract with this business December 18th, 2021. After I made this payment, the business began working on my credit. I have paid December 18th, January 18th, March 18th, April 18th, and May 18th. On June 20th, I received an email from Wolfgang indicating that my account was not active and that they were not currently working on my account. I asked them to cancel my services on June 25th. Instead of cancelling my service, they charged me on June 27th for $69. This was an unauthorized charged because they indicated my account was not active on June 20th and I asked for it to remain cancelled on June 25th. They are refusing to give me a refund because they state that I owe for services for ***** This is not true. They charge for the upcoming month, not for the previous month and they are unable to provide any documentation that they worked on my account after June 18th when my payment would have been due. I paid on May 18th for the time period of May 18th to June 17th. I would like a refund of $69 for the June 27th payment they illegally took from my account.

      As per the **** law - we are only able to **** for services after they are done.

      Client first disputes went out on 17th Dec, Client was charged at a discounted rate of $69 on the 18th.
      Since then payment has been due after each dispute 'round' goes out. Client was free to cancel at any time.

      The most current disputes went out on 18th June and the payment was made finally on the 27th June.

      During the clients time with us Dec to June 2022, we sent out a total of 7 lots of disputes and billed accordingly after each one.

      A total of 7 payments have been received and the client is now canceled.

      Client missed that they payed in Feb 2022 for reference.

      So we did not take illegally any payment from the account, as this was for worked carried June 18th, Client called after said services had been rendered on the 25th, which we honored, however according to **** law the **** for work already done was still due, and was paid on the 27th, as clearly stated to the client a number of times.

      I am rejecting this response because: you did not perform 7 rounds of disputes. I took screenshots where the sixth and seventh rounds of disputes are exactly the same, so you didnt do anything different. This is fraud. And you have been completely unresponsive via email when I tried to address this with you. I paid seven times for only six rounds of disputes. Again, please provide a refund of the $69 you stole from me. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card company and will be providing these screenshots to them as well. This is an unauthorized charge for a service you DID NOT provide in June. It is only letting me upload four attachments, but I made sure to include the screenshots for *** and June.
