I hired this company to fix roof, windows and painting to repair hail damage. It took over 6 months to complete the jobs. My insurance company kept asking for details so they could reimburse me for expenses. ****************** has yet to give them detailed explanation for charges after numerous attempts for this information. I am out over $11K until he does some paperwork.Business response

We have sent the insurance company more than once all of our documents and talked to the insurance company multiple times. We have since sent the whole packet to them again only this time certified mail so they have to sign for it. From my understanding from them they just need a picture of job completed. It was more like a year dealing with her insurance. We were told to start work before they had approved. There was some delays with construction 100 degree days wind etc. Which is typical when painting a house. That house wasn't sprayed it was rolled and back brushed. It's not a fast process. I truly believe ***** should have called the insurance commission. It has been them this whole time holding up the show not us. It is my belief that we did the best job we could. She signed our paperwork and paid us. We assisted her insurance when asked to. If she was out 11k it's not because of us. Our contract was with her which she signed not the insurance company. Insurance is doing what they do best , stalling so they don't have to pay. Truly sad because we enjoyed our time working on her house.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:State ***************** has asked numerous times for detailed information and What Daddy Wont Do refuses to provide this information. I will discuss this with ************************** and this matter is not settled until they tell me detailed expenses are not required by insurance companies in *******. The paperwork What Daddy Wont Do discussed was from the insurance adjuster and not from them. The paperwork was also sent to my home and not to the insurance company as requested.
