On 5/14/21 *********** Precision sent a plumber out to fix a sink disposal as well as a small leak to a bath tub faucet. The Tech left his phone at our house, came back to get it and then billed us for the extra time. He also broke a shower fitting and informed us we would have to buy a new shower head. I had called and they lowered the initial amount to reflect the tech leaving his phone. They agreed to check with the tech and "get back to me" about the shower head. This never happened and we had to purchase and have one installed. Since that time they have sent a ****, and now a new **** with inflated price and threat to send to collection. The original issue was never remedied. No person ever called and attempted to fix or prorate our **** due to their negligence in breaking the shower head which we never had a problem with or asked to be fixed.
