New house build closed 9/2021. I currently had two defaulted windows (Living room and back bedroom). Home builder warranty -Per contract page 1 items to be fixed up to 60 days after response. I have all emails, photos, videos, and text on items and as of today (178 days later) problem is still not corrected. Videos has been provided to builder. As of today I have dirt, air, and noise coming into my house. Defualt windows are costing more to heat and cool my home. For a new build numerous items were done incorrectly or not completed. I have spent many hours with getting items corrected. Timeline below Any additional items can be provided to you. My cell is ************ Window issue reported 12/14/2021- 60 days was 2/14/2022 (As of today 6/10/2022 we are at 178 days) ***** with PlyGem called 3/9/2022 claim #B417598- 60 days was 5/8/2022 (As of today 6/10/2022 we are at 93 days)***** called ******** on 4/11/2021 60 days is 6/10/2022 ******** attempted repair 4/26/2021- 60 days is 6/25/2022 (Front window)- Not Resolved *** with ***** came out 5/10 for the 2nd time. My Relator name is *********************** Phone ************ (He has been contact with the builder (*********************) ************** with no resolution.
