12 -19-23 had an appointment at 930 to get door ****** fixed and headlights polished . Originally made the apoitment strictly to fix the door . Check in they say do an inspection Im like ok . They did a diagnostic engine test without telling me suggested that spark plugs be changed with an oringinal quote of **** dollars . I declined the spark plugs not once but twice . First price was 484 second was 350 . When they called me up to check out at 340 pm they say ok you owe 333 for headlights and spark plugs . I just looked at him I never approved the spark plugs . Then the service advisor states well I took 40 percent off . At no time did I approve or sign for spark plugs to be changed . At no time did they state they dont have the parts for the back door .Business response

We have reviewed the complaint and agree she should not have been charged for the service. We have attempted to contact by phone but her voicemail is full. Please advise we will refund the charge today. Our Service Manager would like to speak with her to extend an apology for the miscommunication.

We purchased a vehicle that they said was in good working condition and it is not. It has gotten and a new motor and now needs all new injectors. These injectors will cost us almost ***** dollars and all of this were problems that were occurring and they cleared to codes long enough to sell it. Weve had to use the extended warranty we purchased for all of this because they wont cover it. The injectors are not covered through the warranty so we have to pay out of pocket. We bought this vehicle to have a safe driving vehicle for our family and in the almost month weve owned it, it has been in the shop all but maybe 4 days. We just want them to fix all of the problems that we are having so we dont have to pay out of pocket. All of this started less than 24 hours after we purchased it and they refused to let us return it and get a different vehicle. Or give us the one we traded in back and our money back.Business response

I spoke with ******************* and we agreed the vehicle should reasonably not be in need of repair this shortly after purchase. The warranty covered the engine repair but injectors were not covered. The dealer has agreed to pay for this portion of the repair, in addition to the warranty deductible and diagnostic charge at the dealership in her home town. Repairs are currently under way at Lithia CDJR in ***********. I have contacted the dealership to authorize repairs and arranged payment.
