**************** is the worst I have ever dealt with.My daughter was supposed to come in and buy a car. Made appointment. Contact person set up time when she got off work. Did not tell her she needed to put a deposit on vehicle. She drove her two small children to dealership to buy car. The man sold it, didnt call her. SO SO SO AWFUL COMMUNICATION. I want all to know they are horrible people to someone that actually needed that vehicle. RUDE

To start I drove 4 hours to do this deal - I had already sent all my information and this was a formality to pick up vehicle. Nope. I had to start all over and then had to go through the pathetic 100 best offers until we got to where I said we had to be. Then proceed to have to take all the add on c*** off of the deal. Finally get through all that and go to sign paperwork. Sign all that and start replaying deal in my head and something wasnt adding up. So I take out paperwork and see there is a windshield premium for over **** dollars added on. My bad for not catching right but this was never discussed with me EVER!! Not one word from anyone through the whole deal. Sneaky!! Then it takes me having to drive back 4 hrs and go in person to get that refunded. Ok great we are done! Nope. Now its been almost 2 months and 3 phone calls later and nothing refunded and no return phone calls. The whole experience was horrible and I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone how this dealership acts. Do not use them!! Deceptive practices!! Walk away and never use anyone if the dealerships under them. Beyond toxic buying environment

Me BBB will hear about this poor false info unprofessional business and so ************ did the old bait n switch even after I actually spoke to a representative to confirm the Denali **** HD crew cab $81,642 was available in stock with keys in hand before leaving for a **************. Only to find out from my wife texting separately and all of the sudden sales person say I have an SLE to show you she said we wanted to see the Denali and in-fact had a 12:00 appointment. The sales agent informed us (not so kindly) that we shouldve put a deposit on it, everybody knows this and then we wouldnt have sold it out from under you. Ride considering it was under a deposit well before my initial contact. We were well on our way and I lost my mind. A few hours 4-1/2 to 5 hours later my wife got a text from the same sales agent saying that the other deal fell through because of a trade in issue and it was now available. I am a proud and stubborn individual and am not financing (cash) it took me a bit just to call my wife loved the truck. When I did I disclosed my days trouble along with the sales reps name. I was asking to make up for a deposit I just placed on a new order (1k) and instead I was given a higher price than listed of $84,600.+. What I joke and most unprofessional interactions Ive ever experienced cannot even listen to their prerecorded phone messages about customer is #1 and we treat them like family, DONT want to be their family. I DO NOT recommend them for anything.Response from the owner 2 hours ago #######. You received a phone call this morning before you drove the distance that the original vehicle you were interested in was sold. We pointed you to the website and you still decided to continue your drive. Your review is not only wrong but unfair. Its a total lie.Update me Keep reading they responded with an out right lie! This is unbelievable, they can discuss anytime they need but dont throw lies out. No pointing to website and I did NOT continue once I discovered the truth about it being sold. In-fact I put an deposit and order in for a 2022 in ***** which takes approximately 120 days. Thats why asked them to make it right but NOPE again Most UNPROFFESIONAL.
