              On 5/17/24 I arrived at the laundry mat and parked in the handicap space and displayed my plaque. There is a double door with no handles to use for opening/entering the facility. Instead, with a ****** and heavy bag of laundry, I had to walk approximately 50 feet to enter. The double doors(only one of them) are open only for exiting!Upon mentioning this to the clerk, she told me "the hours of operation are listed clearly on their website and on the doors, and that I need to research prior to coming to the facility".I re-stated what I said about not being able to gain access to the store easily from the handicapped parking spots, and she said, "what do you want them to do, move the parking spots?"I feel I was treated rudely, and a a handicap senior citizen, a change in accommodation and accessibility should be made.

              **** and slipped on ice went and told store manager and they stared at me with a blank face and proceeded to do absolutely nothing about it. They never did put salt on the ice even after the fact I told them.
