Ordered a suppressor on 12 Jan 2022 from elite iron llc. Had to file with my bank to get my return. They kept emailing excuses after excuses of why they havent shipped my product. The day after deadline and calling my bank about this fraudulent transaction they mysteriously found the paperwork. Too late already filed and gave you enough time. But my favor excuse, we were at a show all last week, so I do apologize that I was unable to push through last week. So after the deadline, I filed with my bank, they refunded most of my money but kept a cancellation fee, for their incompetence. This company must do a lot of cancellation fees to stay in business. Stay clear, you will not receive your product and they will charge you a cancellation fee when you have not received your product. They owe me $40Business response

This is a letter I sent to ******** chosen class 3 dealer that he wished to have his Silencer delivered to.

To use your business. I had only received your FFL but no SOT....and unfortunately
We were headed to ********* that weekend for the shot show so I was unable to recontact
With you until the 25th. Of course the form 3 was approved this Friday afternoon (the 28th) , so your
Registry will show a ***** suppressor serial # ***** . I will send the necessary letter to ATF
Requesting this form 3 be voided and the item returned to my registry.
Sorry to have caused you any inconvenience in this matter.
