Order #W441486 april 23, 2022 ordered and received 5 gallons iof unscented castile soap. Product is rancid and smells like old cooking oil. Emailed botanie advising and requested a manufacture date to determine if it is old. Botanie replied with a product return code and that I pay to return and referred to their return policy which states no refund on original shipping and a $20 restock fee. I replied requesting for a second time the manufacture date and explained that iif I was sent old product that I dispute their policy. Botanie has failed to respond to my request.Business response

Please forgive the delayed response. I have been out of the country. Please see attached communication with the customer.
We satisfied the customer's demands in accordance with our policies which do not allow for returns without the customer paying a small restocking fee as clearly stated in our General Returns / Refunds Information policy easily found on our website and referenced for the customer's beneifit. In making the purchase, the customer agreed to this policy. But because the customer does not like the policy, they have complained to the BBB and stopped communicating with Botanie Soap.
