After paying 250 to submit an application for a posted available 1 bdrm, at the end of december...we were concerned after a month passed without any notification of acceptance. When I reached out on the 28th of January 2022, to newly transferred ******** I was told no management had been on site in 3 months, no applications processed and that they ***** even have 1 bdrms available (complete fraud charging 250 to apply for a non existant rental). ******* said shed cancel the application and refund the 250, after contacting the head office. 3 weeks later, we got an alert that a credit check had been run. We had also not received the refund. I called again. ******* made excuses and passed me to her manager. He assured me that a check would be in the mail the next week and was very apologetic that kaitlyn ***** cancel the application correctly and that a soft credit check was performed even after she promised that all of our information would be deleted and no credit check would take place. Still, a month + later, no refund.Initial Complaint

My girlfriend and I are former residents of stadium view we had moved out in September and per our lease agreement we had found a willing person to take over lease, *******************, and gave the office 30 day notice prior to us leaving. Stadium View has gone through several batches of office employees quit from the months of August to October with the only employee on the premises be the maintenance man and leaving their offices completely empty for the entirety of September and October, the offices are still currently empty. I have tried to contact ****** Partners the owners of the complex multiple times only to have either no one answer the phones and get disconnected or get transferred and then immediately get disconnected. I left multiple emails and messages for months to have absolutely no one reply or get any information about out situation. ******************* has also had to fill out multiple applications for our lease over these 3 months and has received zero information about his applications. We have had to continue paying our rent for this property despite not living their for two months even though we followed the instructions stated in our lease for having someone take it over.Initial Complaint

I'm the co-signer to a lease for a property in ******* **; Stadium View Apartments. The tenants have found a person to take over their lease; however, the property management has not responded to any correspondences since min-August. The applicant has not received confirmation that his application has been approved. The tenants and myself have emailed and call both the property manager and corporate office, but unable to speak with anyone. The property manager did respond to an email finally on Friday 10/15 to state he would address the concern. I have not heard back from ********************* and I have been unable to get in contact with him. There is no one on site to bring these issues to since only maintenance is available. We would like to move forward with this individual taking over the lease as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Filled out 2 separate application requests and paid $500. Tried to take over a students lease and was verbally told that as long as credit was ok we had the unit. Since then (1 month) despite numerous phone calls and emails we have been given no information regarding our sons housing
