I purchased the time share from resorts closings Jan 2023 for wyndham pahio *********** villas on kauai ******. I sent them the payment immediately! I sent them copies of my driver's license, and all other info they requested plus how I was to be the owner on the time share. In Feb I was told they never received it... but they recd the info for the ** property I bought on the same day... everything was sent together! I sent them everything agai. Including the notarized paperwork. In April, **** the office manager called me and said they were still waiting on it!!! I had my tracking number... per the **** they recd it. ********* and **** they didn't. Ok.. they lost it agai! I went down to the bank again after I printed *** out the paperwork from. Their email again, and got it notarized again... 3rd time! I tracked it thru ****... in fact I had to tell them that it was delivered to their office before **** found it.In May... ******* called me and said they shipped it by reg mail to *******. Called ******* in June, they said they haven't recd it yet. Here it is July... 6 months later, I still can't use my timeshare because no one knows where my paperwork is at! ******* said to call resort closings. Resort closings side to call Wyndham. ***** was rude to me on the phone. I told her she needed to call them and that I wanted the phone number too. 2.5 hrs later, absolutely nothing has been found, no one knows what is going on. ***** did tell me once ******* receives it, will take 4 to 6 months for ******* to record it. I've already waited 6 months... so that means 10 to 12 months after I bought it?? By then the year will be over!! It's an odd year usage and that means I won't be able to us it in 2023... even though I bought it in Jan 2023?? This company is doing absolutely nothing to help me and they've been putting me thru h*** on this since I bought the time share from them!!! They do not deserve to be in business right now! I want for them to pay for the cost ****Business response

I called Wyndham this morning and the transfer is still in process. The transfer was emailed to Wyndham on April 20th. We called on 5/20; 6/7; 6/13 and this morning for updates on the transfer. When ***** called on Friday 7/7/2023; ***** provided ***** with the number to ***** Services at Wyndham and the contract number. I called ***** this morning and gave an update.Initial Complaint

I purchased a time share for the ************** waikolia on 4/8/2022 from ******. He said it would take 8 weeks/2 months for everything to be completed and in my name.I have called shell vacation club many times, they have recd nothing from resort closings!! The ****** from resort closings, gave me acct# *********** and said that was the acct #. Shell vacation club said, that's not a valid number!!I have told resorts closing they need to contact shell vacation club, per shell they have never contacted them!!I have already purchased my air fare and if I have to cancel because of resort closings hasn't done anything and I have no where to stay, resort closings need to refund me every ***** I have spent!!I have done business with this company years ago, everything was done and completed in 6 weeks! I'm going on 3 months now and this is unexcuseable!!Resort closings need to overnite the paperwork since they havent sent it yet, need to fax over the paperwork... need to do something immediately!!I need this to be completed NOW!!!Business response

Hello,
***** was informed when she purchased the timeshare in April that the closing would take ***** weeks to be completed. I have attached the email chain between ***** and ****** (see page 2). ****** provided the estoppel (property information) from the resort to *****, which has the contract number on it. Resort Closings portion of the transfer can ***********-8 weeks. From there it is sent to the resort management company Shell/Wyndham. Once the management company registers that they have received the transfer packet it can take **** weeks to complete. We sent out the deed to both parties to be signed on 4/25. We received ******* signed portion of the deed on 5/11. The deed is reviewed before recording and then sent to be recorded. The recorded deed and transfer request were mailed to the resort on 5/27. We confirmed with Shell/Wyndham that the transfer packet has been received and they are processing the transfer. Once the management company confirms the transfer we will let both parties know.
