We recently found ourselves needing to close out our timeshare. This law firm did exactly what they said they would do. It was very profession, timely and everything was explained to our complete satisfaction. If you need to closeout a timeshare, I recommend this law firm to do that.Review from Gregory R

I must single out an outstanding individual who interfaced with me every step of the way in the transfer of my ownership in Marriott property and ************* (file nos. ***** & *****). Throughout the entire process *********************** responded in a highly professional and competent manner, shepherding me and responding immediately to any request for assistance that might arise in making this exercise an extremely smooth experience. Without ****** knowledge and experience, I am sure that this significant event, at this stage of my mature years, could have been most stressful and physically wearing. *********************** did a terrific job of selling our portfolio of 4 Marriott vacation club properties and 2 sets of trust point bundles--all within a fairly short time of 6 months. He got ** the most competitive rates possible with a process that was easy to follow and intuitively rolled out. His professionalism, good nature, attention to detail, and obligation toward the client were exemplary. We were blown away by his excellent work done with goodness and in an efficient way. We were very happy with our Marriott timeshares because we used them to the limit during the 20+ years that we owned them. All our kids and their friends used the resorts over and over again. ****** did a great job! Not only in responding to our emails and complaints ?? and frustration in this process but she was so also professional, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. Its people/employees like her who help make getting out of our STUPID timeshare as pleasant as possible. Next year when we have no more bills from HGV we will think of you. ??Weve heard so many horror stories of people being scammed trying to get out of their timeshares. Were just grateful that we didnt get scammed again but used you to help us. We will definitely refer you to anyone suffering with a timeshare. There are many owners out there like you who feel stuck with no options. It can be such a heavy burden and very frustrating for people who just don't want or use their timeshares anymore. The best part of my job is being able to tell my clients that their timeshare has been transferred out of their names and they are no longer owners. It's a huge weight lifted off their shoulders.
