      I came from ******* to visit my daughter, who lives at *************************************************************. My truck was parked i her driveway. The GreenSpace landscaping ** in *******, ** was mowing the lawn at ************************************, when they ran into my truck and caused damage to the passenger side back bumper. I was told to tall to the manager, *******, at the **mpany. I told him about the damage, and he said the **mpany would pay me "cash" for the repair. I obtained the estimate from ********************* **llision service in *******, **. I informed ******* of the amount, he told me to proceed with the repairs. I asked him to **ntact **************** service advisor with their payment information. I then called ******* a few days before the work was scheduled and again asked him to **ntact ******* to set up payment, When the work was **mpleted and I went to pick up my truck, the ******* Service Advisor informed me that they had NOT EVER received any information from *******, with Greenspace, and that they had not made any arrangements to pay. I paid for the service; the repair **st me $549.44. I called ******* again and "got no answer", but again left a message to **ntact ******* to arrange payment. I also called the project manager at GreenSpace, again no answer but left a message. I am now **nvinced that they were NEVER going to pay for the damage they caused to my truck. They lied to me over the phone with their false promise to pay. I am very upset at this **mpany and would like further assistance from the BBB to help me re**ver the **st of $549.44.

      This is an outrageous accusation that is not true and I would like to set the record straight. Our company did scratch this car owners bumper and we told her about the accident immediately after it happened. Our employee let her know and our manager contacted her as well to start the repair process . We have been in full contact with her regarding this incident and assured her over and over again that we would pay for the repairs.

      She got an estimate from ******* car dealership for the repair which came to over $700. We agreed to pay this after the repair was completed as they didn't know exactly how much it would end up costing. Our understanding was that the car owner would get the car repaired, pay ******* and we would reimburse her for the repair once she sent us the invoice.  We did not receive the invoice until after we asked for it on Monday August 1 (she only got her car fixed Friday afternoon July 29th ). We processed the invoice and sent the check to the owner for the full amount of $549.44 on Thursday August 4th (our bookeeper comes in once per week to process AP). As you can see we have been fully cooperative and have been fully diligent, proactive and truthful throughout.

      I am asking that I receive an apology from the owner as this complaint is a lie and in 29 years of business I have never experienced such an unpleasant situation when Greenspace has been nothing but kind and honest and has followed through with our word. We are really disappointed that someone would complain about something that isn't true. What a sad world we live in, I guess Greenspace is "old school"and just doesn't understand people like this who enjoy spreading lies.
