On June 4th ************************************************************************************************* a refund. I signed a contract for front and back landscaping last Fall on October 12,2021 with the then Operations Manager *******************. In March, 2022 I was informed that **** had left and the new OM "**** " said he would be taking over the project. Unfortunately, we had to remove items on the original contract that included the following : Greenhouse - $4,985.00, and the Spa for *********, yet they continued to **** me with the old contract resulting in an overpayment in the amount of $6,051.01 from the original contract amount of $42,667.76- I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue and they have refused to answer my emails, letters , and phone calls. In addition they damaged my siding and refused to fix it so I will add that cost to the refund request as well in the amount of ****** , I'm willing to accept a corrected billing with the raised beds and plants but it appears they will not even discuss the terms they had changed and not update a new contract and continued to **** me resulting in an overpayment. This has been a horrific experience for me and my family and would like this corrected as soon as possible. One of the workers informed me they had 78 complaints in one day so I am really concerned that their unscrupulous billing practices seem to be a big problem for multiple customers. Things were fine until ******************* left the organization, after his departure, the new Operations Manager did not legally make the necessary corrections to complete the job accurately and ethically. This is extremely unprofessional dodging my calls simply because I am holding them accountable for their unethical business practices.Customer response

Update re Complaint
I have received a response re my concerns and they have claimed no responsibility for the damage and denied the legitimate concerns I have regarding their quality of work and billing.
I have contacted a reputable landscaper and it was confirmed no prepping top soil was used for the hydroseeding , the yard both front and back looks horrible with overrun of weeds , secondly the edging was installed improperly and the sprinkler systems are based too close to my foundation posing a hazard for flooding and damage to my foundation., I had a massive flood last Fall due to negative draining ;on top of that, they have billed me another $2500.00 when I have to pay over ****** to correct the mistakes and have the lawn re-prepped and reseeded and the siding painted from damage they caused with their heavy equipment .
I will have to pay a contractor to finish the job correctly and repair my siding and will not pay them one more cent
