Tried to get programming done via the service center and said yes to any required repairs. repairs were not needed for specifically programming but they refused to program the fscm otherwise. I said yes and ******* said i need the estimate first even if I said yes. I never got an estimate and they had my car for 5 days. and I reached back out again on the fifth day they asked me the exact same question if I wanted the estimate and I'm just thinking what were they doing the entire time? It's 4 bolts holding the old module in....is this estimate going to be 1k$? just do it! several incompetent people in the service center who cost me a lot of money. They also have a completely open schedule online but apparently somehow canceled the schedule I was trying to make each time and still having an open schedule we're too busy to get me an instant estimate so they can start on a 20 minute programming procedure. **** one of the other managers responded back to let me know that I can just take my car basically and try to blame it on my response instead of taking responsibility for their lack of service and *******'s unwillingness to get me an estimate and refusal to work on my car even though all I needed was programming for a model that you can buy online and have it delivered for a lot longer waiting period pre-programmed so I know my car didn't even need to be there in the first place. instead of protecting the service manager who very clearly did not know about cars or was at least hold by the service tech something that made no sense to me calling and unplugged part a problem when it's unplugged from the old one and then ask me what all has been done to the car when I already gave a list of what had been done to it making the appointments that they kept canceling but told me to still bring the car in. I usually go to the town an hour and a half away for any type of service but since this car couldn't move that would've been a more expensive towing bill but maybe not now

Buying a vehicle from Billion was one of the biggest mistakes I could have ever made. I thought randash was bad. Yea buying a car from billion will ruin your life. Ill start off with the sales person I bought the car from. He tells me h*** walk me through all the features of my vehicle after all my paperwork is done. Once, I finished I go over to his side and he tells me someone bought a truck from him the other day and is coming in to figure out some stuff so I can just ****** and ******* the features of my car Now the service side I have had the thing for a little over a year. And, have had it in almost every month for repairs since. Billions service department is the most incompetent entity Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Aside from the constant lying from them I had to fight with them to repair anything and everything because they would tell me nothings wrong or they just couldnt figure it out even when there was OBD2 codes. I had to go to ******** multiple times they got it in, diagnosed it and fixed it no issues. Now the finance department been trying to get in contact with them. Have left them voicemails and emails and still havent heard from them. I grew up here I know a lot of people. I work many jobs where I am constantly talking to people. Like Uber. I have already been telling people to stay away from Billion and they have bought cars elsewhere. Every chance I get Ill be telling people to not go through Billion itll be the biggest mistake they could make. F*** you guys.
