My wife organized with **************** and through their roadside assistance, for them to collect and transport our new vehicle to the closest dealership.Our car was collected by Audi roadside assistance and transported to Bozeman on February 5th, ultimately picked up February 6th, 2023. This was previously organized and approved by Audi. The service was scheduled to correct the factory recalls and to last approximately 4 hours.When our car was collected, our car was damaged by Audi roadside during this transfer. The whole undercarriage and sensors were ripped off the car. After reviewing our security film and theirs, Audi indeed agreed, they needed to replace parts damaged by themselves.Audi of Bozeman refused to work on the car for 2-3 weeks. During this period, they worked with Audi and roadside until they worked out an arrangement with their Audi roadside assistance group et al. ** February 21st, they finally began work. We received our car back on March 5th/6th. During the *********************************************************************** replacement/rental vehicle. We incurred a charge of $50 per day in ride sharing/ taxis etc., $1,500, which we believe we should be reimbursed for. In addition to the lousy service and abusive process, the dealership verbally and emotionally abused us. Their management refused to work with us, never communicated, and literally fired us. When we called, we were always sent to the ether, hung up on, and never treated with respect or dignity. We paid $72,000 for this vehicle and were treated like garbage throughout...They ultimately returned the now blemished/damaged and repaired vehicle, which has diminished our cars value. We want $5,000 for the diminishment in value, and $1,500 for loss of use.To add insult to injury, they deliberately returned our vehicle filthy, both inside and out.
