They say they have a "best price" policy, but when sitting down after the test drive to talk price, their best price became $2,000 more. THAT was the negotiating price ... not the sticker price. Then, I was told there would be detailing and conditioning, but NOT told it would take 2 weeks. My bank had to ask for the purchase order 5 times, and right away Ressler started asking over and over for the check, when I had not even signed my bank papers. The salesman texted me asking if I had the check. I said I will never have the check ... DUH! The **** will have the check. THEN he asked if he could go pick up the check ... I didn't answer because my paperwork at the bank was incomplete. So, without my permission he drove 30 miles to my bank to pick it up. He was turned away. Then I got an email telling me they would need a card number from me in order to hold the car, which I ignored. I had to ignore all the emails and texts from that point on, and let the banker handle it. I almost opted out of this car because of this insane pressure. Be aware of their tactics if you buy from this group.

Last December, I found a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited for $22,900 at Ressler Motors in Belgrade, MT. I told them I was interested and asked if they delivered, or if someone could meet me halfway. (They said no.") So, December 7, I drove to Belgrade from ***** (round trip of 726 miles!) My A/C didn't work in my little car, (I told them in a December 6 email.) The manager said it would cost $2500 to fix it, so they only give me $7500 for my Trax! (2 estimates I had were $1800!) My banker was on the phone and talked them into another $500 on the Trax trade. --I gave them 2 keys for the Trax! I only got 1 (1 wasn't working.)On the website, the Jeep was advertised to include a Sunrider soft top, Freedom Panel storage bags, a back-up camera and a CD player. On the window sticker, it listed the soft top again and the CD player. (I didnt realize there WAS a CD player! It was behind the radio face, but, IT DOESNT WORK!) And there was NO soft top ($500-700!) NO storage bags ($75), NO back-up camera ($50)! I started having problems as soon as I left for home. There was a short in the lights. I called Ressler and they said they would pay to fix the lights for me. My mechanic here in ***** said he he couldnt get to them. On February 7 (exactly 2 months later), as I was going down the highway between ********** and *****, the Jeep suddenly lost power! The cruise popped off, and the engine and the skidding truck lights both came on with a lot of beeping! Later, this caused a near accident when I was passing a semi, with another behind me. I lost power and almost was rear-ended! And, when the engine light is on, the remote starter wont work, either!)***** Blue Book has my Trax trade-in at $10,153I got $8000 and a week or so later, they had it listed for $13,900!! They made $3100-4100 on this deal!Now...on their website--they deliver free to anywhere in *******! I sent 10 emails to my salesman, but he didn't answer them. I saved those emails.
