            The end of May 2021 I met with ***************************** in her ****** in Downtown *******, ** and gave her family photos that can not be replaced and asked her to duplicate them. The order was to be done on June 20, 2022. I have called everyday the last several weeks and left phone messages. I have sent numerous emails. I have gone to the downtown ****** a half dozen times and left hand written notes. None of these attempts to contact F11 have been successful. When the business was located on West Main, I had used this business for YEARS! I just want our family photos back. *********************************

            Took my old negatives for several enlargements. I waited 4 months with no reply saying they were ready. After 4 months, I left numerous email, phone and text messages with no response. Finally went to the office on ********** and asked the receptionist if she was in. She acted like she had not received any request from me. She claimed the canvas wrap was the hold up, but none of the enlargements were done. No idea when they would be. She indicated she had made digital copies of the negatives, so I got the negatives back. I waited another 2 months and sent another email on the status. No response again. Horrible customer relatiionship service.
