Along with everyone else here, STAY AWAY from renting from ****. They are not personable once so ever, besides when you are trying to move into a place. Everything from there is down hill. They're impossible to reach and will not call back. However very very demanding when they need something. Just like others have said, moving out is impossible if you expect a deposit. They are definitely in It to keep your money and move on to the next victim. Spent days cleaning every inch of the place, professionally and personally, and they checked 90% of their EXTENSIVE list of cleaning. The lady at Nexus is incrediibly rude especially once they know that you're moving out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ****, IN MY EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY NEXUS POINT!!!!Side note, this thread makes it sound like moving out is the only problem, its not. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Moved from out of state. 0 transparency on the state of construction this property is under, no grass, mud and trash everywhere, so expensive and now they are trying to require tenants to get their dogs DNA tested so they can identify people who do not pick up dog p*** These terms are not in any leases or contracts and are now being rolled out as requirements even though construction workers bring their dogs to the complex daily and allow them to roam off leash. Finishes are beautiful and houses are cute, but not worth the $$ or headache

Run, run as fast as you can from Luna Properties! How does this company have an A+ rating with the other reviews that have been submitted on this site? That is as big a mystery to me as customer service is to them. There are many other options in *******. Interesting that I would give any one of those other property management companies an A+! Unless you want to be treated terribly or communicate with an AI bot, I would advise ANY other choice for obtaining housing. **** should do the world a favor and go out of business.Review from Kiley P

I had a terrible experience with a property management company. I strongly advise against renting any of their properties. Despite living in one of their units for 9 months and paying for professional cleaning services, they were still not satisfied with the condition of the unit. It took 24 days after moving out to receive an update on my security deposit, and even then the information was vague. I attempted to contact them multiple times but never received a call or text back. It's clear that they prioritize money over their tenants, which is especially frustrating in an already expensive town.Luna Properties LLC Response

We apologize that you did not receive as many updates on your security deposit return as you would have liked. Once a tenant moves out, if we find additional cleaning or maintenance needs to be done, then this is scheduled. Once it is complete, we send tenants a disposition letter, explaining deductions, along with their deposit return. We do not send updates during the process. We ensure that this information and remaining security deposit funds are returned within 30 days of moving out when there are deductions. Extortionists! They do not return calls. There is an extensive move out list. After spending days attempting to get it done, they inspected and claimed nothing was done. They charged $600.00 for their own cleaning crew to do it. Lies! Beware...there is a "handling fee" for over $200.00 written in the lease for move outs. I asked what it entailed, but no response. Which brings me to the fact that no one will ever call you back about anything. ***** is exceptional at ignoring you. Horrid business. DO NOT rent from them!Review from Adrienne C

Stay away from this company if you want to get your deposit back. We were charged nearly $1200 for cleaning and a few hundred more for touchup repairs. We have contacted **** and disputed the charges but have been completely ignored. I hope more tenants start calling this company out and holding everyone who works there accountable for their fraudulent practices.
