      I bought a 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited with a extended warranty from butte dodge about 3-4 months ago.. the jeep has ****** miles on it. I have had this vehicle just long enough to either have made my 3rd or 4th car payment on it..Since I have had it, I had to get an overheating issue fixed which I had to go to them 3 or 4 times for that. I had a couple cosmetic issues like my door locks falling out..I have had 2 check engine lights come on..and now I don't have heat and the very first time I went to use 4wd it was making a horrible sound..I went to butte dodge to talk to the general manager *************************** on Wednesday to see if I can get a loaner till they get these issues fixed and she gave me a vehicle off the lot but I can only use it for a week then I have to pay out of my own pocket for a rental..I believe I paid $25,000 for a lemon and I would like help enacting the lemon law..I feel like I should not have to come out of my pocket to rent a vehicle or have to pay a deductible to get my vehicle fixed..I have had so many problems in such a short amount of time..I feel like butte auto butte dodge should cover all cost associated with fixing my jeep and making sure I have a reliable vehicle to drive until it is fixed..the general manager I talked to *************************** she acted like she was doing us a huge favor and saving us money by loaning us a vehicle for a week, but I don't feel like they are doing enough since they are the ones that sold me a vehicle with nothing but problems..in my opinion the jeep I have should have never left the lot with that many things wrong with it..They didn't even test the 4wd if they did they would have for sure caught that issue.Thank you *************************. ************

      I have left a message with ****** on the number provided.  I am offering to refund his deductible he had paid, as well as any other expenses he might have paid for the repair of his Jeep.  I am also offering to cover his deductible for further repairs that might be needed and are covered under his service contract.  I will also make certain that he has a loaner vehicle available to him should he need it in the future.  Thank you, ********************* Parts and Service Director Butte Auto ************,

      They assured me my oil was changed,my alignment was done It was basically a brand new vhicle and I only use it for work and back home.I would like this compaay to honor my warranty and fir all Problems Ihavebeen experiencing up my vehicle, and a full refund!

      Customer was in January 7th of 2022 we performed a oil change, rotate, alignment and a few other misc repairs. His extended warranty covered the media hub and the  fuel door switch. his portion was $220.63. the extended warranty paid $573.75 the customer paid a $50.00 dollar deductable plus the oil change and alignment. We have not seen the customer since. The customer has missed multiple appointments. if there is a issue we would be happy to address it. the customer is welcome to contact us if there is a issue that needs to be resolved.
