I have attempted to contact The Montana Standard for several days in an attempt to cancel my subscription. I have only been met with being hung up on and unreturned emails. I simply want to cancel my subscription and they will not allow it and I cant even get in touch with a person.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have called that number many times over the last several days and am hung up on when I say I want to cancel. And your website says I have to contact that number to cancel, I cannot cancel on my own as per your website.

Dialing ************ and speaking to a customer service representative is the way to cancel your subscription. I know waiting on hold isn't ideal. No one in the newsroom has the capability to access customer accounts because we do not have access or permissions to use the necessary software. My staff and I in the newsroom could not cancel a subscription if we tried.Customer response
