This is regarding conduct of employees late in the afternoon on 1/12/2024 (4PM CST) out at the ********* ******** location. I went in to get a coffee at La Cosecha and was chatting with the barista while the two employees there were snickering etc while eavesdropping in on our conversation. This only got worse when two other customers came in and started engaging in more harassing behavior which the employees also indulged in with it getting so deranged to where the one customer hissed at me. That was insane. I sent out a complaint to both the location and headquarters and haven't yet received a response. I want confirmation that this deranged harassing behavior is addressed and will be worked to be prevented in the future. Thanks.Business response

Great Harvest bread is stealing from customers.They are issuing giftcards that individual locations refuse to honor, always blaming it on "corporate". And then when you call the corporate office literally noone picks up the phone or responds to your call.This is called theft. Very close to getting a lawyer involved.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Bakeries should he honoring Great Harvest gift cards. May we know what bakery locations ******* visited and what Franchise phone numbers he called so we can research this matter further?
