My family stayed at this place for one day. A week later I found two room charges on my credit card. I called the hotel to see what had happened as we only reserved one room. They treated me like a criminal, stating they had to review camera footage. Then 5 hours later called back and interrogated me and then stated they had to review all phone recordings and said they would call back shortly. They never called back that day. The weekend comes around, so on Sunday we called to ask what is happening. The front desk said the manager is out until Monday. Monday we call and they say the manager is not in that day. Suddenly, after my husband's states we will call the police for credit card fraud on one of their employees, a manager materializes and calls us. She states their system went down when we made the reservation online, so ours was inadvertently one of the reservations they had to type on by hand and was giving one room charge back to us. So they knew their system went down, yet tried to make us feel like it was us scamming them. I see the credit card pending for the reimbursement, and now, three days later it is cancelled. She cancelled the return of money. Someone at that location is scamming people and noone is doing anything about it!!!

I am sorry, I meant to state two rooms. One had been refunded in full on 6/27/24 but did not process until 7/8/4 and one had been charged for her actual stay on 6/27/24. I have emailed copies of everything to her to make sure she received her refund. Thank you.
