WARNING: ****************** Homes, by *****************************, just moved to Flathead and HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If you are a sub, DO NOT BOTHER WORKING WITH HIM. He had a painting sub drive all the way out to our house and spend at least an hour going over a job and he kept saying he was going include the painting subs work and we never even got the quote from the painting sub. A big waste of time and gas money for this painting sub. Do a web search on *********************. He has 25 years of experience and NO REVIEWS. WHY? Because he's not legit. He wasted tons of our time requiring multiple site visits for a job he bid. It involved some structural work. After talking and spending tons of time planning, he was set to start on the job THIS WEEK, and he bailed. Wasting time with him means we probably will not get our job done in time for our renters on July 8, may even have to cancel some reservations and lose money. He bailed once I asked him to show a proof of liability insurance because some of the work was safety related and structural. He talks a big game, but bailing the week you are supposed to be starting on a fairly big but not complicated job and failing to provide liability insurance is fishy!!!! He said it was because he "hadn't had enough time to plan" and couldn't do it this summer afterall. He had 19 days and 2 site visits to do some very basic things that should be a walk in the park for anyone with the experience he says he has, and we already had a complete materials list which I had made multiple trips to vendors to source and ensure would be in stock but looking back and reviewing his quote further, he missed some basic things structurally that a more experienced contractor informed us would be potential code/safety issues. He insinuated he ws going to *** me for honestly sharing my experience. A cowardly move.DO NOT TRUST THIS NEWCOMER, HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOSE YOU MONEY.
