Going with this company was the best decision I could have made for the memorial & keepsakes I wanted after my husband passed. Everyone was kind, compassionate, professional & incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. When I emailed to inquire as to the turn around time on the ring I ordered as I wanted to have it before my husband's service (but absolutely had no expectations of that), I received a prompt phone call letting me know the order had been prioritized. I received the ring within three days, and it was absolute perfection, from the double fingerprints to the inside engraving. If needed, a ring sizer & print collection kit is sent out & mine arrived quickly, with easy instructions. I had also ordered the Solid Silver Remembrance Fingerprint ************* & Black Drop of Hope ********* both of which turned out just as beautifully. Instructions & all items necessary for transferring ashes were included & very easy to follow. Engravings were absolutely beautiful. TAT was incredibly quick on all items, even the highly specialized double fingerprint ring with engraving, which I wouldn't have expected for many weeks. I received email updates with tracking info on everything. So happy about my decision to go with Everlasting Memories. They definitely go above & beyond in their commitment to customer ***********************

BEAUTIFUL. Engraving was perfect. I searched for DAYS trying to find the perfect necklace to hold my brothers ashes and this was IT! Great FAST service. Super quality, heavy duty. Good sturdy piece. They are in ** and I"m in OH. Turn around time from start to finish was like 10 days tops. Highly recommend.

For Evrmemories and ****** (4 ******):I lost my dear cat and soul mate recently and wanted to find the best and most dignified urns and urn products to honor him. Im in ****** and have the options I found here did not seem to match what I was hoping for (urn jewelry, etc). I found evrmemories by a web search for memorial items. Im always cautious especially when ordering from another country. ****** at evrmemories was amazing with her prompt replies to my questions, her empathy and her talent in helping me pick items. ****** and her great customer service were the main reasons I made my purchases. For the items themselves and shipping (1 star):The items arrived separately from different locations and arrived later than expected after I chose the highly expedited ************* Customs processing may have contributed to the delay and I did receive an unexpected $37 customs charge to receive a jewellery item. My biggest disappointment was the condition upon arrival and the packaging. After spending over $700 Cdn on everything I received the large urn in a non descript box and the small jewelry items were in inexpensive jewelry cases and as seen in the picture arrived shattered and bent. The upgraded chain for my pendant was just in a simply tiny ziploc type bag. Perhaps I was expecting too much but it just didnt match with the amazing service by ****** and the nice catalog photos and descriptions.

Thank you for the articulate review.  When shipping to another country, we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges - that is as the discrepancy of the incoming country and something completely out of our control. With regards to the containers in which the items arrived in, most urns are shipped in nondescript containers and are carefully packaged so as to not disturb or compromise the urn.  Our sincere apologies for the condition in which the boxes arrived in as that is not how they left our facility.  Unfortunately, we have zero control over how the mail carriers handle the package once they are out of our facility.  We place the chain in the small ziploc bags under the platform of the box as we have found that this is the best manner to prevent the chain from kinking during travel.  We are happy to hear that ****** was able to deliver customer service that exceeded your expectations

Thank you. However your reply doesnt address ********* and I dont believe I was mentioning customs fees as an issue. Perhaps you used a ready-made response template. At any rate, saying that you are not responsible for the condition of the product is true in a way but ultimately it is a dismissal of responsibility for the product you are selling. As a buyer of any product or service I would hope that the seller would take responsibility for the item or service they sell. Otherwise they are just a middle point in the process and there is no reason to deal with them if they assume no responsibility.
