      I purchased a motorcycle. Financed through ********* Bank. After the purchase of the bike Eaglemark had sent a letter stating that the model of bike purchased was not what I was told. After contacting Harley ******** about the issue. Nothing was done. Upon trying to register the bike through the ******* ********** of ***** Vehicles. It was brought up that the dealership had made a mistake with the *** of the bike. And a misrepresentation of the Odometer reading. After contacting the dealership. Ow as told by them that the issue wasn't their fault.

      8/10 contacted Big sky asked if could finance 2020 road Glide online with TTL was told yes by **** applied for credit & approved. Was informed then that doc had to be signed in ink. Called *** ***** about possibly meeting with paperwork was not able to. Informed shipping would be 8-9 wks. $500 deposit required to hold bike and start shipping process & would be refunded. 8/14: call received from **** and terms of loan reviewed and stated need copy of DL. Picture of DL sent, asked what/when insurance needed, rough ETA. No response 8/19: emailed **** to verify receiving DL 8/20: response of yes. Loan paperwork received to sign and incorrect. Contacted Tax assessor for price of TTL. S/w **** and informed. New payment $578. 8/25: new loan documents signed and sent back 8/31: insurance binder requested ask what that was response. 9/1 called ****. Insurance purchased and binder emailed. $74.09 monthly 9/16 emailed **** when shipping replied next week. 9/21: received call from *************** financial services stating payment is 2 days late. 0 zero statement, 0 account#, 0 loan documents received. Emailed **** and **** for loan paperwork and title paperwork. Email received from ******* with loan information and that **** no longer works there. 9/22 Aishley called title paperwork not done. S/w ***** re shipping stated next week. 10/5 ************** asked about shipping. **** responded not yet. I will let you know. 9/26 TItle paperwork received 10/12 email from **** bike picked up 0 company name, 0 ETA 10/21 asked for shipping company name, & shipping info No tracking number but *************** number. Called Haul bikes zero ETA but bike in *********. Called **************** and ETA of Nov 10/24 letter from ****** wanting title. 10/25 title to *********** Should have been to them by 9/17. Fees incurred. Called ***************** need to contact dealer. 10/26: call from ****** informed of title issue. Has to speak with ****. With f/u email x3 0 response 11/1 haul bike

        Thank you for sharing your concern on your purchase. We understand that shipping from Montana is a very lengthy process. We always recommend coming to store in person for any purchase, however this cannot always be arranged. The entire back and forth paperwork process also must be completely done with payment in full and insured before shipping company can be called for arrangements. Ship time of **** months from our store here in Montana is always shared with purchaser when not picking up in person. It is typical in this situation that a payment can become due before the motorcycle is received, however, the bike must be paid in full and insured before we call shipping company. Unfortunately, we have no control of timeline shipping company provides. In the current times shipping has become even worse with the driver shortages.
        We certainly understand the frustration of paperwork going back and forth, then having to be redone, and the delay of getting your motorcycle. This is completely out of our control, and we have strived to do all we can to aid in delivery in a timely fashion.
