      *********************** attorney with Jardine,Stephenson,Blewett &Weaver PC attorneys at law was hired for the probate of my husband ******************* and my dad ************************** after their unfortunate passing. Eventually we had to hire a second attorney *********************, due to *********************** delaying any progress with the probate process, her lack of professionalism and questionable ethics. *********************** and ************************* provided poor advice related to a contract for deed, Insisting I settle before I was even able to release the title in question. *************************** invoices included charges for a probate that she later agreed to remove, acknowledging the charges were unfounded. With a second attorney hired, I am receiving invoices from both attorneys and the probate process remains ongoing. Currently we have paid *********************** 3801.02$. And receiving notices that $ ******* remains owed. I also have my suspicions that *********************** and my brother ******************* were not being truthful about ****'s actions as POA for ***************** and the Hanging A Corporation. Unfortunately my brother ******************* became a victim of a homicide and this remains under investigation. *********************** was too distraught after ****'s death to assist with any further legal issues and ********************* agreed to take over for ***********************.

      I ************************* need to report that I did receive repeated invoices for probate charges that I am contesting. My current lawyer ********************* with ************************************************ & *******'s PC attorneys at law informed me that **********************; had stated that she would dismiss the charges for the probate for *******. But I continue to be billed for this dispute *************************** admission she did not do anything with this matter. Also I question how she could move forward with the contract for deed when the property title was in ******* and ***'s name? I also forwarded an email my daughter received from *********************** about the invoices however it is not her responsibility to pay for this so I am annoyed and find her tactics unacceptable. Thank you for your time.  ************************;

      *************************** most recent demand for payment for her poor representation, misrepresentation,and a certain fraudulent charge for the probate for *************************** has heightened my determination to see that she is made accountable for her unacceptable and perhaps a criminal element in her practice of law. My father ************************* passed away October 21,2021. At the request of my brother *******************, *********************** was hired for the probate of my father's estate. Our first meeting with *********************** regarding the estate of *************************, *********************** stated there was a bank account that was mine and according to *********************** "the bar s is ****'s." My brother *********************** is the sole share holder and owner of the bar s. However,****** has been medically declared unable to manage his affairs and my father ******* was his POA. After my dad passed *************'s was ******'s POA. *********************** was ***'s lawyer years earlier and had assisted *** creating a financial POA and also his will. I believe *********************** was aware and possibly influential in ****'s belief that the bar s was now his. **** was insistent that ****** had given him the bar s. ******'s bank account would pay for assisted care at the Beehive and when his account was depleted, *** would need to get additional assistance from the state. *********************** received $2801.02 in January from **** for the probate for ********* estate. The check was issued from the Hanging A **** Bar S account. Another indication that *********************** was aware that **** was not acting in ******'s best interest as his POA. Unfortunately  ******************* was a victim of a homicide February 13,2022, and the case  remains under investigation.  Detective **************. Ph#************ could potentially validate my suspicions. This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am appreciative of any assistance you can offer. Thank you for your time.  ************************;
