The services that were advertised, implied, or communicated to us prior to intake were provided on a very reduced basis compared to what is advertised on your website if at all. One of the major things that **** us to Rocky Treatment Center was the following;Excerpt of website: At Rocky Mountain Treatment Center we understand that many people who suffer from addiction and alcoholism also have co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma and grief issues, PTSD, family and marital issues, personality disorders, eating disorders and gambling problems. We know that these secondary issues can often make it hard to get sober and stay in recovery, which is why we integrate the treatment of co-occurring disorders into all our substance abuse treatment programs.During JM time there he did not receive an individualized treatment plan to address the co-occurring disorders an barely saw a clinician or counselor.All through out your website you mention many times that you deliver individualized high-quality care using time proven methods as well as innovative evidence based treatments. This was NOT provided.Your site mentions a low 3:1 Client to Clinician Ratio and the only reason this would be something stated on your site would be to make sure that potential clients know that their clinician/counselor will only have 2 other patients they are giving individualized counseling to and planning with. Otherwise its a lieif you have 8 clinicians but only 2 have actual caseloads or clients then you are giving a false picture of what care in your facility really looks like. With a 3:1 ratio it would be reasonable to infer that each Client would have multiple individual counseling sessions in a given week. The Family Program a HUGE component of our decision to go with you guys. We were told during intake that you have a great family program we were not told that the family program which is typically a week was reduced to 1.5 hrs.Customer response

Hello,
I was partially the client in that I paid for the services, and was listed as someone that had full access to inquire about anything related to the client my fianc's treatment and I was the client in so far as the family week was a huge part of why we selected this program and I participated in that although it was not as promised or advertised.
My fianc and I made the decision together to have him go there based on the advertised services and the services that were represented to both of us during his intake and during subsequent inquiries. I paid for treatment along with my fianc's parents however we split the $29,900 **** which covered 28 days.
