If you place an order with Anderson doors, you will not be able to cancel it like any other normal business. It does not matter if the order has not processed. You will be out 20% of the order total charges. In my life I have never delt with a Company you could not cancel the order before it processed and get a full refund. So buyer beware of this company. They have a great way to make lots of extra money from their customers...and I will never be a customer with them again.Review from Frank B

Got a quote from ANDERSON. High pressure, sign today for an extra discount. Their cost after discounts $71,278. Did due diligence and obtained additional local quotes. Quote I chose was $13,410 from a very reputable local business. Discovered Anderson's quotes are laughable among those who know. Don't fall for these people.Review from Art A

Most of the 17 Anderson windows we purchased from ********** were good. We found 2 that had more condensation than the others. When we called them, they asked for photos and documentation. I found that it was easier living with it than reporting it. That was a few years ago. Recently, one of the springs broke so the window does not stay open and is very difficult to raise. BTW-all the screens are loose compared to new ones we looked at. When I asked for a replacement part so I could fix it, they told me the LIFETIME WARRANTY is not good since they sold the company that made the windows. I have a Lifetime Warranty that seems to be good for them and not for the homeowner. They referred me to a company that bought that window company but the website they referred me to was no longer in service. After spending $22,000 plus on Anderson Windows in 2015, we now have to spend about $3,000 to replace the two worst ones. I can see that the current rating was only for 3 customers and was 2 out of 5 which I agree with. DO NOT USE ANDERSON - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, MAYBE LESS.
