************************* of Bitterroot Valley Marketing (aka Mission Impossible Marketing, and likely more aka's) is a grifter. She represented herself as someone who could help me over a hump with some website coding. She insisted on payment up front in order to squeeze me into her busy schedule (I know, I know... my bad for doing that - I was desperate and on a deadline). She quoted me a 72-hour turnaround. The first day she claimed she had a migraine. The second day she put me in touch with her "developer" who clearly knew nothing about the task at hand, and even less than me about the about coding required to solve the issues ******************** assured me would be easily handled. Long story short, she never delivered, stopped responding to texts and emails, and her site is now offline. She stole/scammed $625 from me. She is an unethical, lying, scam artist.Business response

Dear ******,
To clarify, we operate under the legal structure of Mission Impossible Marketing LLC, doing business as Bitterroot Valley Marketing. This was clearly outlined in the contract we both agreed to and signed, providing full transparency in our business operations.
It is important to note that our contract includes clauses that limit our ability to discuss you, your behavior, or your specific project details publicly.
In light of this, we will address a few general terms that apply to our general business practices. There are times when unforeseen challenges, such as health issues, may arise. In such instances, we aim to manage these situations professionally and as quickly as possible, like introducing another developer to the project during our primary developer's health challenge to take over the project.
We firmly advocate for a respectful and considerate communication environment. We believe that mutual respect and professionalism are crucial in any communication. In general terms, the easiest way to stop the flow of communication is the use of profane and derogatory language do not contribute to a constructive dialogue or resolution of the issues at hand.
We invite you to continue this conversation through our legal representatives to maintain professionalism and respect for your privacy.
Sincerely,*************************,Bitterroot Valley Marketing TeamCustomer response

Ms. **** *********************** response is not an acceptable resolution to this issue. Ms. *********************** clients should not be financially hindered or responsible for her health issues, in this case, an asserted migraine. The situation was not managed professionally, and in fact was passed off to a developer who had neither the understanding nor near the required knowledge or experience to achieve the promised outcome. It added insult to injury by wasting a great deal of my time having to attempt to re-explain the agreed upon project outcome to him, to no avail; he did not understand and was wholly incapable of completing the assignment. I believe in hindsight that it was also beyond Ms. *********************** skillset, and she took this assignment on with no concern for its completiononly in taking my money. She has several complaints of similar nature on various websites. She has made no attempt to complete the task or pay me the $625 she kept, in spite of promising that she would refund my money. She wasted my valuable time and delivered absolutely nothing.
Thank you,
*****************************

Our company, Comfort ********** **** contracted Bitterroot Valley Marketing April of this year to provide a comprehensive report of where we are with our marketing strategy along with a report detailing a strategy moving forward. We paid BVM $2500.00 to do this. After several emails, phone calls and missed meetings we finally received a report that was not what we , 1) were expecting and 2) was not what we were promised. And the report was not given to us until the end of June of this year. We were never supplied with a copy of the contract the owner signed, but only a screenshot of the signature page sent in a short non explanatory email. When we hired a new office manager whose duties included overseeing the marketing for the company and she reached out to ****, again we dealt with missed meetings, not getting our phone calls returned and the one time we did hear from ****, we were given half-hearted and vague excuses for why we were not getting the service we were promised. Now it is October, a full 6 months later and we still have not heard from her or received the full comprehensive report and strategy we were promised. We are seeking a full refund of monies paid for services never rendered.Business response

Dear Comfort Solutions, Inc.
We value your feedback and are sincerely sorry that your experience with Bitterroot Valley Marketing did not meet your expectations. We always aim to deliver exceptional service and would like to provide some context to address your concerns.
Concerning missed meetings, we acknowledge that scheduling can be challenging, however, instances of scheduling conflicts were on both ends. It is inaccurate to place the entire blame on Bitterroot Valley Marketing because ******* had to reschedule a meeting to attend to a child-related transportation matter, ******** showed up late to a meeting, and the owner scheduled meetings and forgot about them or didn't show up to them numerous times. Bitterroot Valley Marketing also exhausted time and labor to show up to missed appointments by the Client.
In the early stages of our collaboration, we worked closely with your then office manager******************. We had 4-6 meetings, which encompassed various aspects of marketing investigation. Your depiction of an absent marketing agency in that complaint is inaccurate because we have extensive details of some of the personal experiences she was going through at that time with her home, family and the dynamic of her work life. We had many, many, many meetings.
Consequently, the comprehensive report we submitted was created based on ********'s specific instructions, who was the point person on this project at the time the marketing agency was engaged. It was intended to reflect her unique insights and directions for your companys marketing strategy.
However, we acknowledge that there was a transition in your team and *******, your new office manager, came on board. We understood that ******* had a different perspective and vision for the report, which, while perfectly valid, diverged from the initial direction provided by ********.
As a result, redesigning a report based on this new direction would require starting anew, which is akin to carrying out the project twice. Bitterroot Valley Marketing did our job, however, because there was a shift in personnel, we were requested to do the same job twice to cater to two different perspectives.
Although we can be reasonable in providing revisions, your claim that services were never rendered is completely inaccurate and a misrepresentation of facts. We completed the work order according to what the first office manager told us. The new office manager stepping in to request a whole new report after we already created a report based on the instructions of the first office manager is double the work order.
