I have spent ****s of dollars since 2014 on veterinary care by ***************** at Eastside Animal Hospital. I requested my medical records be sent to my new vet, ************. **** sent falsified records, blocked my number, forbid me from contacting her clinic, and also denied the records request from ************, who had my full consent to request records.Business response

This former client's records were condensed and forwarded to her new veterinary hospital as per her request in as timely a manner as possible. She made the initial request for records 4/18/23 AM, and was 11:21 AM by telephone and was told we were in surgery and would forward her records when we could get time to do so. Her new clinic called called 10 minutes later asking why we hadn't yet responded and were told we literally just received her order. Her voluminous records for her 2 pets were condensed down to contain ALL pertinent information, as is always done between her new clinic and ourselves, and faxed 4/19/23 after yet another call from the client insisting that her records be sent over. We've not received a request from her new clinic asking for clarification on any records, so we're believing they have what they need to see her pets in the future. We then received another call and an email from this woman ordering her records be sent over, claiming her records were being edited. We replied to her email once again explaining to her that her records were condensed, NOT EDITED, and that we'd done what was needed. We also asked her to quit harassing our staff with her baseless claims.
This woman is an angry former employee who, when fired last September, proceeded to lock us out of several of our online vendor ordering sites, stole credit card numbers and placed orders for products we don't use or sell to be delivered to us, deleted our ******** page and denied doing any this when the police visited her home. We found out later which phone was used to do all these things, which the police was able to confirm as her telephone. She repeated her credit card number theft 2 weeks ago, at which time Amazon shut down her account she was using to steal the card number and place orders. We have hired this woman three different times, and have supported her some difficult times in her life, so her claims and behavior now are coming from a personal grudge and not actual facts.
