I was told that my car needed new front breaks and with further inspection the fluid in my power steering, should be clear, but was a red-brown. Also told that the windshield wipers didnt work and I in turn stated, that they work when they want to and if hed like to look at it to see what the problem was, great, but to call me and let me know.Original quote $850. They called and said it was ready. New quote $1050. I asked why, we replaced the motor to the windshield wipers. I again reiterated that I didnt give them permission to do so and he basically said, well, its done. My husband called and spoke to the front desk scheduler/salesman. My husband asked if they got permission to change that. He said, she implied to go ahead. That I did not. My husband then asked a few more questions. Only to find out that the $850 was only for front rotors and pads, not breaks. Then to hear that they are aftermarket parts. With further investigation the red-brown fluid for the steering wheel, should be red-brown, not clear. So, for an oil change, lets say $65. Front rotors and pads, maybe *** $200 (mind you this is a 2010 ******* The steering wheel part is around $40. They stated $75 to drain. Im sorry, you charge to empty things too, plus the $75 kit and then the labor which takes only a few min. They took out the new motor and replaced it with the old one in 15 min, but you are going to upcharge on labor and tell us that your guys are working on other things so the time was longer? You dont get to dip in my pocket to work on someone elses car.The biggest issue. Pure arrogance. Saying, see the lot, its full, we must be doing something right. We basically dont need your business. Which is fine, we wont be going back to the overpriced, arrogant , front desk *****, who doesnt have a problem taking women for a buck.

***** is extorting my family after lying about the repairs to my truck, and even damaged my vehicle to justify his bill. I M having to pat twice, as another mechanic is fixing the damage DJs did to my truck. Fraudsters, llshould not be able to do this to people.
