Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however you have contacted the wrong company.  Yes we are a collection agency but we do not collect in *******, we do not collect for a company 20 **************, and we have done a thorough search of the provided information in our database and we have nothing matching.

*************************** Solutions is a debt collection company in ******, **. We received a form via **** from them on 10/29/2022 demanding $1,080.15 with no reason why. The form did not include: 1) What ******* was provided, 2) Who (Dr. ** provided the *******, 3) When the ******* was provided, 4) Where the ******* was provided, 5) Who the ******* was provided to, 6) A breakdown of costs. I called *************************** Solutions on 10/31/2022 and spoke to employee ***************** about the form. He stated his client, ************* Emergency Physicians PC, initiated this. I have never heard of ************* Emergency Physicians PC and have never received ANY communication from them verbally, electronically or in writing. *************************** Solutions employee ***************** refused to give me any contact information for ************* Emergency Physicians PC. He also refused to give me any information ************* Emergency Physicians PC gave him about this case. There is scant information online about ************* Emergency Physicians PC. ***************** directed me to file a dispute via email. I submitted a dispute via email on 10/31/2022. On 11/1/2022 I requested via email and phone conversation with ***************** that *************************** Solutions provide written confirmation they had received my dispute. Employee ***************** said they are not allowed to provide written confirmation that the dispute was received. Employee ***************** threatened a negative **** on my son's credit report in September 2023 if I don't pay this bill. I feel I am being extorted to pay a debt collection company over $1,000 with ZERO explanation why under penalty of a negative **** on my son's credit record if I don't. *************************** Solutions has my recorded phone conversations for proof of what I stated above.

      ***** BBB

Thank you for this opportunity to assist ************** in this matter.

************** alleges that *************************** Solutions (RMPS) demanded payment of $1,080.15 from his son, *******************,without providing any reasoning. He further alleges that our representative threatened a negative **** on his sons credit report and would not provide information on our client. ***** and ***** Emergency Physicians, PC. ************** also alleges that our office would not provide written confirmation that we had received his 10/31/22 dispute.

Upon further investigation, RMPS finds these allegations to be false. Account notices from our office contain the original creditors name and our contact information to be able to request further information. Please find the notice sent to ******************* on 10/21/22 attached.

Our representative did not threaten a negative **** on *************** credit report. The representative was providing his father with the date the account was eligible for credit reporting to reassure ************** there was adequate time for the account to be resolved before any credit reporting was initiated.

RMPS reports eligible accounts 365 days after the date of listing, which is our companys policy.

We will not provide the public with the personal contact numbers we have for our clients. Our representative informed him he could research the number of their billing department if he wished to inquire directly with our client, ***** and ***** Emergency Physicians, PC.

************** had requested our office email him confirmation that we received his dispute. RMPS does not currently email information externally. Our representative informed him we could send the information via mail.

If ************** has any further questions regarding this matter, he may contact our office by phone at ****************, fax at *************, or by mail at ****************************** 59624.

      Complaint: 18346245

I am rejecting this response because:

*************************** Solutions confirms in their rebuttal statements my accusations against them are true and yet was quick to say their internal investigation found my accusations to be false. Their rebuttal statements conflicts with their internal findings. For the record, providing the group name of a "creditor" is NOT an explanation of charges, which is exactly what I asked *************************** Solutions for and they still have failed to provide. As per the attached email, the creditor is not even known as ***** & ***** Emergency Physicians PC, they are known as ************* so *************************** Solutions didn't even provide the correct name of the creditor. At this point *************************** Solutions owes BBB, ******************* and myself the unedited phone recordings from October 31st and November 1st which will easily prove my accusations as true. Since this complaint was filed, the "creditor" ***** & ***** Emergency Physicians PC (aka *************) has admitted in writing that submitting this file to *************************** Solutions was "in error" and requesting this account be removed from *************************** Solutions. I would suggest *************************** Solutions do a better, more honest and transparent job of screening their clients and billing consumers in the future to avoid future complaints against them.

      Sincerely,
      ***********************

Thank you for this opportunity to assist ************** in this matter.

************** alleges that *************************** Solutions (RMPS) failed to provide verification of his sons, *******************, account.************** also alleges RMPS provided incorrect information regarding the original creditor for account *********.

Mr. ****** first dispute was received through a phone conversation with our representative on 10/31/22. RMPS also received a written dispute through email the same day. Our representative marked the account disputed, requested the statement for verification, and requested a client follow up with ***** and ***** Emergency Physicians, PC on 10/31/22.

***** and ***** Emergency Physicians, PC provided RMPS the statement for verification on 11/1/22. ***** and ***** Emergency Physicians,PC then contacted our office on 11/02/22 to have this account removed from collections to *************** insurance as they had found the dispute to be valid.

Please find the statement and the written dispute response, dated 11/02/22, for account *********, attached.

RMPS finds Mr. ****** allegation that our office provided him incorrect information on the name of the original creditor inaccurate. ************* is the billing company used by ***** and ***** Physicians, PC and not the actual creditor.

If ************** has any further questions regarding this matter, he may contact our office by phone at ****************, fax at *************, or by mail at ****************************** 59624.

      Complaint: 18346245

I am rejecting this response because:

*************************** Solutions (aka Centron Services **** continues to misrepresent their actions and fails to acknowledge their failures. Again, provide the phone call records to BBB to prove the conversations since you recorded them. The form "********* Statement.pdf" they provided during this complaint was the first time I have ever seen that form. At no time have they ever provided contact information to ***** & ***** Emergency Physicians PC as requested (prior to them providing this form to BBB). They absolutely threatened a **** on my son's credit report. Their refusal to hand over documentation about my son that they received from ***** & ***** Emergency Physicians PC is unsatisfactory. Their demand that I submit an email dispute but refusal to send an email acknowledging receipt of said dispute is unsatisfactory. Even the mere fact that *************************** Solutions uses the BBB logo on their website but this claim had to be processed against Centron Services *** because BBB had no record of *************************** Solutions is fishy. I stand by my complaint against this company with full confidence.

      Sincerely,

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business. I stand by my allegations that *************************** Solutions (aka Centron Services) was not transparent in their business practices and that all allegations I made were true and provable by listening to the recorded phone conversations and reading the documents attached to this complaint. I sincerely hope that this complaints puts this company on notice about their poor business practices and helps make the public aware of that as well. For the record, the issue of *************************** Solutions using the BBB logo on their website but not being listed as a company on the BBB website has still not been resolved. I tried to file this complaint against *************************** Solutions on the BBB website and they just do not exist there and BBB changed this complaint to Centron Services, who I have never had communication with in any way, shape or form. Please close this complaint ID ********.

      Sincerely,
