    Its taken a week to calm down enough to write this as a truly want this to stand as a warning. Capital City Appliance especially their owner should be ashamed. Due to the service persons lack of wanting to do his job my familys health was jeopardized. We called in Jan after noticing out laminate floor in front of the dishwasher was warped. The service person came out spent about ***** min looking at the issue and concluded that we were over sudsing the dishwasher. If we just switched cleaning products is should resolve the issue and we would need to get the floor addressed. Earlier this month we decided we needed all new appliances and got them ordered. We went to remove the dishwasher and warped flooring and discovered that sudsing had nothing to do with the leaky dishwasher. Due to the ongoing and not fixed leak we had to remediate black mold. Thankfully we decided to replace appliances because the damage we have now was safely fixed (thank you Harvest). I called the owner and just wanted to let them know about the situation and he became very aggressive. He accused me of just wanting him to replace our kitchen. I really do not appreciate people telling me what my intentions are. I was more concerned about the service providers lack of doing their job placed my families health at risk Apparently not a priority to him.
